All orders with item(s) along with PREORDER item(s) won't be shipped out UNTIL the preorder product arrives.
***PLEASE keep your invoice/packing list as evidence if there's an issue with your order. We will try our best to accommodate and help you with special circumstances.***
Shipping methods are pre determined:
Although we are a SMALL company, we try our best to ship out packages as soon as possible. If you have a situation where you need your package to arrive at a certain time, please email us before placing an order and at least 3 days advance notices so we can try our best to accommodate you. We would like to avoid any last minute notices.
If you aren't aware, there is 1 to 7 handling days on business days (Monday - Friday) to processing orders after you make a purchase.
The USPS shipping takes 1 to 3 days after handling days to arrive at your destination based on how far you are located from us
As for International customers, DHL has 3 to 5 shipping days on business days, but your package is shipped by DHL express.
**DHL sometimes does a random custom regulation fee just to receive a package so some countries will charge you just to receive the package and some countries won't charge you for the custom fee.
***During the holidays, it may be one of the busiest times of the year to ship packages, your package may take more time to process and arrive at your destination than the usual 1 to 7 handling days and 2 to 3 shipping days to arrive but we will try our best to process and ship out your orders as soon as possible. Please bear with us during the holidays time phase.***
Unfortunately we no longer ship to Mexico and Spain as every package has been sent back to us and had some problems with requirements in the country to receive the package, if you have another location we can ship to then that would be great

You may file for insurance for any damaged products you've received or lost packages or missing items during transit. If you have any questions regarding your package AFTER it has been shipped out, please contact your local post office as we can't give you much information since we aren't personally delivering it to you.
