All orders with item(s) along with PREORDER item(s) won't be shipped out UNTIL the preorder product arrives here.

Once the package has been shipped out, we don't accept any exchanges or returns. ALL sales are final
For all return packages, you will not be refunded for your order
Shipping costs will not be refunded due to a delay on packages by USPS and for return packages
Cancellation requests after 24 hours the order has been placed, 25% canceling fee will be issued to the order being cancelled

Our online orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are processed during business days Monday through Fridays, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed during weekends or major holidays will be processed during the next business day.
If you have a situation where you need your package to arrive at a certain time, please email us before placing an order or at least 2 weeks in advance notice from the expected arrival date so we can try our best to accommodate you. We would like to avoid any last minute notices
If you've received your order and item(s) inside were damaged then you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 week of the delivery date of the package, we will try our best to accommodate you if the damaged item(s) are approved. If you contact us after 1 week of the delivery date for any concerns regarding your order, there is no guarantee of sending replacements or refunds etc

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock etc or simply can not be fulfilled. You will be issued a refund or credit for the missing item or you may exchange to another item of the same price value
SHIPPING METHODS ARE PRE DETERMINED:
Although we are a small company, we try our best to ship out packages as soon as possible.
There is 5 to 7 handling days on business days (Monday - Friday) to processing orders after you make a purchase.
The estimated USPS shipping usually takes 1 to 3 days AFTER handling days to arrive at your destination based on how far you are located from us
*Note: The shipping method you'll be selecting at check out will say 2 days, although USPS has an estimated 2 - 8 business days to arrive at your location depending how far you are located from the west coast. Sometimes packages are delayed or rerouted because of unusual circumstances. Shipping costs will not be refunded due to a delay on packages by usps. For more information, please refer to usps.com
As for International customers, DHL usually has an estimated 3 to 5 shipping days on business days to arrive at your location after handling days
**DHL may charge a custom regulation fees just to receive a package so you may get charged for the custom fees depending which country you are located.**
If international customers planning on using a forwarding company in the US to receive their package internationally, items are not eligible for replacements and OceanNailSupply is no longer responsible for the package once it has been handed over to a shipping carrier
If your country isn't listed then you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what country you're in so we can check if we're able to ship there
Unfortunately we no longer ship to Mexico and Spain due to some issues with requirements in the country to receive the package, if you have another location we can ship to then that would be great
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/IMPORT TAX
Customers are responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for their package(s). Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items. Please note that shipments can be held in customs for an undefined amount of time. This depends on Customs in each country. OceanNailSupply has no control of expediting customs or taxes that may be issued. The customer placing the order is responsible for all applicable taxes that may be applied to products shipped internationally. OceanNailSupply is not responsible for import or any applicable taxes and we will not grant refunds or pay a customer's import taxes.
The customer is responsible for contacting us within 30 days after the delivery date to inquire for claims, lost or missing packages. The order(s) will have to be approved by us for any of the reasons above, as stated. Any time after the given days, unfortunately we will not be sending replacements, refunds etc as claims can not be filed for after 30 days
Disclaimer: OceanNailSupply is no longer responsible for packages after it has been shipped out. We are not responsible for any damaged products, lost packages, or missing items that occurred during transit. You may file for insurance for any damaged products you've received or lost packages or missing items during transit. If you have any questions regarding your package AFTER it has been shipped out/during transit process, please contact your local post office as we can't give you much information since we aren't personally delivering it to you. USPS has usually an estimated 2 to 3 shipping days to arrive at your location within their 6 to 8 shipping days policy on their website. OceanNailSupply has no control over the delivery time of packages during transit and USPS shipping policies. For more information, please refer to USPS website about their shipping policy such as delays or shipping days during business days.
Also if any item(s)/ package(s) is returned due to an address mistake by the customer etc, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address or ect. If any item(s)/package(s) is returned due to the mistake of OceanNailSupply, OceanNailSupply will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item(s)/ package(s).
