Shipping Costs

We offer FREE U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all orders over $100+; all orders must subtotal over $100 before taxes and shipping in order to qualify for the free shipping promotion.  Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping zone/destination. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS!

 

Shipping Carriers

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We utilize USPS for all domestic shipping!  All packages are shipped using priority shipping, and tracking is provided when made available. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international orders are shipped using DHL, and customers are provided tracking info when made available.

PLEASE NOTE: OCEANNAILSUPPLY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING OR DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS! WE ONLY HANDLE THE FULFILLMENT OF YOUR PURCHASE ORDERS!

 

PROMO / COUPON CODES

Promo / coupon codes are limit use 1 per customer. All promo codes are tracked, customers who abuse the use of our promo/coupon codes will be restricted from using our site. Promo codes must be added to the chart before check-out.  Promo/coupon codes will not be honored after the transaction has taken place during the check-out process, however there are time when special circumstances are made to our OceanNailSupply account holders.

Please note the following list of exclusions and restrictions that generally apply to OceanNailSupply coupons:

  • Can’t be redeemed for cash/gift cards
  • Can’t be combined with other OceanNailSupply coupon offers
  • Not valid on prior purchases
  • Limit to 1 per order
  • Valid through dates specified on coupon or promotion
  • Void if copied or transferred and where prohibited by law
  • Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order on oceannailsupply.com

Brands, products, services, and categories that are excluded or restricted from OceanNailSupply coupons and promotions are subject to change without notice. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hours once the order has been place. Please keep your invoice number on hand; you will need it when sending in your cancellation request. You may email us directly: onsla310@gmail.com  - CANCELLATION REQUESTS AFTER 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A 15% CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING FEE! 

 

 RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
  • NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! There is an exception for specific circumstances, such as damaged products or missing items
  • Packages returned without notice/not approved by us will not be issued a refund. *May vary by order circumstances, in case of a refund, order will be charged 25% restocking fee
  • Once your packages have been shipped out, you (the customer) commit to the full transnational process!
  • EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR BUYERS REMORSE, OPEN / USED, OR PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED FROM OUR STORE!
  • Customers who have not received their packaged shipped via USPS or DHL, should refer to their shipping confirmation (which is sent via email) to track the location of their packages. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING OR RE-DELIVERIES WHAT SO EVER! It is the responsibility of the buyer to track their own purchases! Once you have received your shipping confirmation from us, you are given itemized details of the items that you have purchased, followed by the tracking confirmation number. 
  • Any unclaimed packaged that are shipped back to us, will be held until the customer contacts us or we contact (you the buyer) to reclaim your items. Buyers must pay for the re-shipped of the unclaimed package. We will NOT cover the shipping costs for any packages that was sent back to us. If reshipping payment has not been received after a certain time from when the package has returned to us, the order may be cancelled and charged for a restock fee. (Case may vary by order)
  • Shipping costs WILL NOT BE FUNDED if packages are delayed enroute and once the order has been shipped out.
  • All HOLIDAY SALES ARE FINAL! CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DURING THESE SALES PERIODS! THIS INCLUDES BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, OR THE HOLIDAY SALES. 

 DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/MISSING PRODUCT(S)

In the unlikely event that you notice a discrepancy, damaged, defective, or missing product(s) in your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at onsla310@gmail.com, please include your order number along with pictures of the problematic area/item(s) and invoice paper via email attachment. Our Customer Support department will address and rectify the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible. If your concern has been approved, we'll send out replacement(s) of the damaged/defective product

ON-DEMAND PURCHASES

There are specific items that are featured on our site that require additional processing times! Those specific products are labeled as On-DEMAND PURCHASES! So please allow suggested processing times for the listed products!

 

TAXES

Orders shipped outside of the state of California are not subject to sales tax. Any orders placed within the state of California will be charged 9.5% sales tax!

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES

Specific countries are subjected to customs fees, depending on the worth of the goods that are featured within the said package. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU (THE BUYER) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES! OceanNailSupply is NOT and WILL NOT COVER ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR CHARGES! If you refuse to pay the custom fees or customs charges, we will NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND! You acknowledge and assume all responsibility for your country’s custom fee charges.

 

MISSING / LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

OceanNailSupply IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, LATE, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES - (DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL) Please contact the local post office for your packages. All transactions receive tracking information which is sent via email (noted: SHIPPING CONFIRMATION), to ensure that all customers receive their purchases. Please note that once packages have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us (by you the user); it is up to your discretion to locate your package(s). All customers are provided with tracking information to prevent any discrepancies of this nature.

 

VERIFIED MAILING ADDRESSES

ALL CUSTOMERS WHO SHOP ON OUR SITE MUST HAVE A VERIFIED/CONFIRMED MAILING ADDRESS! We will NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE MAILED TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES!  THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS GIVEN! CUSTOMERS WHO WOULD LIKE ITEMS SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS MUST EMAIL US: onsla310@gmail.com  to confirm changing their shipping addresses. THIS MUST BE DONE WITH IN 24 HOURS OF YOUR PURCHASE! Any changes thereafter will NOT be given.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Online orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are processed Monday – Friday excluding major holidays during our business hours 9am-5pm P.S.T. Please note that first time customers ordering over a certain amount, orders that were alerted by the system and orders amounting over $100+ will require additional verification and confirmation, we will contact you via email and/or by the phone number the customer provided when the order was placed for the confirmation process as orders will be on hold until we've received verification or other requests/agreements with the customer who placed the order to proceed with further actions

*If you want to add a "Signature Required" to your delivery please state this request in the customer notes section. OceanNailSupply will not be responsible for any undelivered/lost/missing packages.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDER PROCESSING TAKES 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS (MON-FRIDAY 9am-5pm PST EXCLUDING MAJOR HOLIDAYS), THERE ARE TIMES WHERE ORDER PROCESSING TAKES A BIT LONGER, CUSTOMERS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL IF THIS EVENT OCCURS! There are delays near/during Holidays Seasons/Sales although we will try our best to process and ship orders as soon as possible! Please be patient, thank you for your understanding!

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

For any reason during our processing period, where we are not able to fulfill your order; you will be notified via email, and issued a refund/credit for the missing item that is temporarily out of stock. In cases such as this, you may be able to exchange the out of stock item for something else available in our store, for the same price/value.

 

SHIPPING HANDLING TIMES  

Please allow 1-7 business days (Monday – Friday excluding major holidays) for processing orders AFTER you make your purchase on our site.

  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES: Allow an additional 1-3 days for shipping via USPS.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES: DHL usually has an estimated shipping time of 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

DHL MAY CHARGE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS CUSTOMS FEES! So please make sure that you are aware of your customs fees depending on your international location.
